Establishing brand loyalty: Recognizing the consequences of intentional and unintentional actions and how to re-establish brand loyalty and relationships.

A solid reputation for being a key resource in the areas of strategic thinking, problem solving and program innovation while achieving financial performance goals.
Chris is currently the Chief Commercial Officer at Firma Foreign Exchange and is responsible for all customer facing elements of the business. This includes Marketing, Sales, Customer Service and Products. The leadership function also includes the development of the global business strategy and product roadmap at Firma. The goal is to drive growth and to maximize the lifetime relationship with customers.
Chris’ previous experience includes Executive Marketing roles at Bell, Sirius XM, Quebecor, Sears Canada, Moneris, Just Energy, Sun Media, ICO Global Communications and Nortel Networks.
In addition to Chris’ vast wealth of knowledge and experience, he is also an Instructor at University of Toronto where he teaches Brand Management in the Continuing Education Program. Chris holds a “Chartered Marketing” Designation. Known for marketing strategy and customer advocacy, and strong belief in the art and science of Marketing. Chris is Co-Chair of the Brand Council for the Canadian Marketing Association (CMA) and a Mentor in the American Marketing Association (AMA) Mentor Exchange Program. Chris is on the Board of Directors of Design Group Staffing (dba Agilus Work Solutions) & Ennis Fabrics. Chris has completed his Directors Education Program (ICD.D) with the Institute of Corporate Directors at Rotman.
