Sébastien has more than 20 years of experience in the market research industry, during which he has developed a unique understanding of the differences and similarities of the Québec and Canadian markets. His expertise has made him a regular media spokesperson and guest speaker for Ipsos.

Chantal is a recognized media and advertising professional in Quebec and has worked for some of Canada’s largest media agencies, including JWT, Y&R, Carat and Marketel. Over the years, Chantal has helped clients such as Ford, Air Canada, Danone and many others develop efficient media strategies and activation. Chantal has a powerful and comprehensive understanding of Québec’s media landscape and a deep understanding of the French-Canadian marketplace. Chantal now works with National media organizations delivering Québec insights.


Patricia Châteauneuf, General Manager, Multiplatform Media Sales, Montreal and Eastern Canada

Patricia Châteauneuf is General Manager, Multiplatform Media Sales, Montreal and Eastern Canada at CBC & Radio-Canada Media Solutions. She previously held the position of Director of National Sales and Client Innovations since 2014. Prior to that, she worked at Videotron, Astral Media and TC Media, accumulating over 25 years of experience in multiplatform sales and media creativity. Patricia is known for authentic leadership and transparency. She thrives on challenges and shares her passion through various mentoring activities and her involvement in a number of causes close to her heart, including Leucan, Fillactive and the Fondation Marie-Vincent. Patricia is also committed to raising money for the fight against childhood cancer. She recently participated in the “Les Audacieuses” challenge with 9 other Quebec business women, where she shaved her head in solidarity with children with cancer.
